It’s official, EE have been voted the UK’s best network for 8 years running!

EE scored no.1 network in independent tests by RootMetrics and their download speed was over twice as fast as that of any other operator! They also took the top spot in RootMetrics Everyday 5G rating – a combination of widespread availability plus strong performances for speed and reliability. According to the results, EE continues to lead in UK-wide testing, winning or sharing six out of seven RootScore Awards – reliability, speed, data, call, text, and overall performance.

The achievement comes a week after EE announced its ambition to offer 5G anywhere in the UK by 2028, and deliver 4500 square miles of new rural coverage to offer high speed connectivity across even more of the UK.
