We recently brought on a large solicitor client for the business mobile phones. Which was previously managed in house. They were using old iPhone’s which were approaching the end of life. With only 20GB of data each month shared between the whole account.

 

Working closely with the client over a few weeks period. Breaking down the monthly bills, analyzing usage and over spend. We then created our quote. Aiming to improve on their current costings and packages.

 

PBS managed to get their monthly bill down to £700.00. Increase their data bundle to 250GB per month. And get all new iPhone’s across the board. Also found an abnormality on the bill prior to upgrading, which we followed up and got £4000.00 accredited back to the client.
