PBS Telecom is one of the oldest mobile phone repair businesses in the South Wales area, covering Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and Cardiff. We’ve been doing repairs for over 20 years. We use the highest grade componants possible for every repair we do, getting those repairs out with fast turnaround.

We repair many makes and models of phone, including Apple, Samsung, Huawei and many more phone brands. Each repair is done with the utmost care possible, with the typical repair taking only 30 minutes to an hour to complete!

We use AAA grade componants for our repairs, and using the highest grade componants possible means that the repair is likely to last many times longer than using cheaper lower grade componants, as the higher grade componants have better tolerences and build quality. The lower grade componants have a tendency to look like off compared to the original componants of the phone, especially with screens, lower grade screens typically having bad colour accuracy and can have less accuate touch recognition.

Most repairers use those lower grade components in their repairs which ends up making the customer have to come back again and get those repairs done again, wasting both time and money on their part.
